How this advisory desk is organised

Indonesia IFC Advisory, part of Juara Holding Group, publishes its desk structure rather than a roster of named partners with photographs and biographies. Clients are told in writing who is handling their file, and can ask for that person’s professional registration before engaging.

The desk covers four areas. Capital markets and transactions owns deal structuring and investor introductions. Policy and macro research tracks regulation affecting the IFC and the Special Economic Zones (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus), and cites the notice or statute behind every claim; where a policy direction is expected but not yet issued, we label it as such. Institutional relations manages engagement with ministries, industry associations and international chambers. Family office advisory covers governance and succession structures for Indonesian holdings.

This desk is not a regulator, holds no licence to give investment advice on its own account, and does not publish credentials or affiliations for the people who work on these pages. Pages here carry the Indonesia IFC Advisory Editorial Desk byline.
